If you are using the platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

• Age requirement — You must be 18 years or older to create an account and make purchases.
• Accurate information — All registration details you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• Single account — Each user may maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.
• Geographic restriction — Our services are primarily intended for customers within India. International shipping is available only to select countries.

When you create an account with Glow Beauty, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We strongly recommend using a unique password that you do not use for any other online service. While we implement robust security measures, you play a crucial role in keeping your account safe.

• Account security — You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Information updates — Keep your contact details, shipping addresses, and payment methods current to avoid order delays.
• Account termination — We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms.
• Data ownership — Your account data belongs to you. You may request deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• Order confirmation — An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number.
• Payment methods — We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
• Payment security — All online transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details.
• Failed payments — If a payment fails but the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.
• Price changes — Product prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you will pay.

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your Glow Beauty package reaches you safely and on time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and courier availability.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time through our website or the courier partner's portal.

• Processing time — Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During sales or peak seasons, this may extend to 3-4 days.
• Delivery estimates — Metro cities: 2-4 days. Tier-2 cities: 4-6 days. Remote areas: 6-10 days.
• Failed delivery attempts — If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to us and a refund (minus shipping) will be initiated.
• Address accuracy — We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
• International shipping — Available to select countries. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

We want you to love every product you buy from us. If something is not right, we have a straightforward return and refund policy designed to make the process as painless as possible.

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened skincare, makeup, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Return window — You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for most products. Some categories have a 14-day window.
• Condition of returns — Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
• Damaged or defective items — If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
• Refund method — Refunds are issued to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds take 5-7 business days. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
• Non-returnable items — Opened cosmetics, intimate care products, gift cards, and clearance sale items are final sale unless defective.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, textures, and descriptions. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and individual device calibration.

All product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions are provided for informational purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have specific skin concerns or allergies, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use.

• Color accuracy — While we strive for accuracy, actual product colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
• Ingredient transparency — Full ingredient lists are available on every product page. Please review them carefully if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

• Respectful reviews — Product reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Fake reviews, paid endorsements without disclosure, or harassment of other users will lead to account suspension.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

• Jurisdiction — The courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
• Class action waiver — You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or consolidated proceedings.
• Statute of limitations — Any claim arising from these terms must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
